मूंगफली की बर्फी एक लोकप्रिय भारतीय मिठाई है जो मूंगफली और गुड़ या चीनी से बनाई जाती है। इसे बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले मूंगफली को भूनकर उसका छिल्का निकाल ली जाती है, फिर उसे दरदरा पीस लिया जाता है। एक कढ़ाई में घी गर्म करके पिसी हुई मूंगफली और गुड़/चीनी और कुछ सुखे मेवे बारीक कटा हुआं मिलाकर धीमी आंच पर पकाया जाता है। मिश्रण गाढ़ा होने पर इसे किसी चिकनी थाली या ट्रे में फैलाया जाता है और ठंडा होने पर मनचाहे आकार में काटा जाता है। मूंगफली की बर्फी स्वादिष्ट होने के साथ-साथ पौष्टिक भी होती है, और त्योहारों या विशेष अवसरों पर बनाई जाती है।

Peanut Barfi Ingredients (मूंगफली की बर्फी सामग्री)*
(1) 1 cup roasted peanuts. (2) 1/2 cup coconut powder. (3) 1/4 teaspoon cardamom crushed. (4) 1/2 cup sugar powder. (5) 1/3 cup gram flour. (6) 3 tablespoon ghee
(१) १ कप मूंगफली भुनी हुई। (२) १/२ कप नारियल का बुरादा।(३) १/४ छोटी चम्मच इलायची क्रॉस किया हुआ ।(४) १/२ कप चीनी पाउडर।(५) १/३ कप बेसन।(६) ३ बड़ा चम्मच घी ।
