I've never used an explaner before and I can imagine that they're really useful as a practice aid. I'm surprised that they're not more popular in lesson bays!

🤣🤣 WD40! I love that! Alot like the Big Easy. Swish thru the ball. Nice!

Thanks Clinton - holding the club too tightly is a very common error - the wrists and forearms should be relaxed.
Just a hint of definition in the left arm is all that’s needed.
      Thanks for your encouraging feedback,
      Kind regards,
      Luther

I tried your backswing and downswing and found a new golf swing! Thanks! (The right hand faster is new to me. I always thought not to use the right hand until on impact or after)

I love your videos and teaching approach. It's very relaxing. Ps. I'm guessing Jed was a dentist? (relax and pretend you're enjoying it) 😆

Youre obsessed with draw shots. Terrible coach.

      - I teach drawspin first as I consider it the most difficult to achieve: once understood it’s very easy to tech fadespin.
Also, most amateur pupils struggle to draw the ball.
I want them to be able to play Fade shots and Draw shots with equal ability.
I’d hate to think I was “cloning” people into just one skill set.
Thanks again for your feedback and I will treat it as a wake-up call,
      Kind regards,
      Luther

I worked for Hank Haney for a year. Great coach. For beginners we always put the ball on a low tee and taught them to come in shallow and hook the ball. You can go from a hook to straight but not a slice.

@@lutherblacklockgolfcom yes sir...I do enjoy the team matches. Hank was kinda an ass to be quite frank. One time John Cook and Mark O'Meara were at the golf ranch in McKinney Texas and I had a conversation with them as I was a big fan. Hank called me into his office the next day and basically told me his "friends" were off limits as I was a nobody. One of the head professionals saw me upset and said don't worry about it....John Cook hates Hank. Made me feel better. Hope you're having a great day Mr Blacklock and warm wishes from Texas sir.
