Yh he does use the Hard R. But racism is not as prevalent in the UK as much as it is in the USA. That's not to say there is not racism in the UK too..... But because of that we have a lot of people using hard R's in their day to day life and in UK rap/grime over here but its taken the same way as the "Softer" version. Whether someone uses the hard R or the A is more based on how Americanized they are from my experience.

Fredo is from west London
Both London accents but Fredo’s voice is deeper and his accent is a bit stronger.
But they both have London accents it’s the same thing.
And Fredo said “n**ga” with an a not an er, I think it’s the accent you guys are hearing.
The n word is still offensive here obviously

Please react to Dave’s whole album. Funky Friday is one of his worst song imo, it’s a shame of all his songs that’s the one that went to number 1, it’s still good though
