19:07 and the shared nitro and str potion cds are precisely the reason I finally replaced it with the frag belt. Along cobalt frag bomb, you get two 3s incapacitates that recharge in combat and the high powered bolt gun offers you a bonus interrupt. Together with the fact that all three have separate cds, they create an extremely useful wpvp toolkit.
There's nothing quite like interrupting or incapacitating a feral from within HoP while he's trying to cyclone you or interrupting a destro's chaos bolt over and over again. It makes for some hilarious reactions.

hey man great video!! You have some seriously awesome skillz. I noticed in some encounters u seemed to alternate between sacred shield, selfless healer, empowered seals and final verdict, what scenario makes u choose what skillz? or do u just change it up for some variety?
+Shane Herring thx! I usually run Emp seals/SS ,but one of the scenes I was doing 2vs or finishin up 2vs so I had FV on lol. I use FV for 2vs/3vs because of the constant damage, while Empseal is burst damage. For Selfless healer I was just testing it out, but its kinda crappy I wouldnt go back to it lol hope that made sense :)
