This 🔥 chakra - 1 Root appeared on my 📲 at midnight...it sounded spooky...n I was longing for the sound of water... soothing & comforting...(as it's almost 3yrs Aug 14th) since my 19 yr old black Shadow Romeo 🐈 passed away) so I kept hearing a meow in the mix...n even visualizing a black cats face in the center...tears streaming as well...it was too emotional at time ..but I just finished listening to it now...saw & heard the same ...but was cool n stayed open...[lots of goosebumps...n the hairs on the back of my neck]😲 This video is intense. Does one need to "aquire a taste" for this?🤔 🌋 definitely interesting to watch🤓🧡

Soles of my feet from first seconds is on fire and about middle of duration my back at lowest point and spine too ... why is that? Yet extremely powerful and i like the sensation. Thank u !
If I have an *overactive* root chakra, will this *balance* it, or would it make the overactivity worse? The sacral chakra video in this series is great, btw, really opened a chakra literally nothing else was working for.

Earphones/headphones are good, bassy speakers are better because you feel the frequencies hitting/penetrating your body. Visually, it is very powerful. You probably wouldn't really want to watch unless you are in a quiet space, alone. It really draws you in. Thank you my friend!
