Blizzard needs to make crabs into their own tribe and make support for it so that competitive players can unironically bring crab tribal to events and maybe win.
I was trying to make a keleseth quest hunter with deathstalker rexxar work but the quest was just bad. The reward is bad, the missing 1 drop - 1 handsize is bad. I even barely ran enough one drops to make it work and it's still fucking bad, you get stuck drawing them after you complete the quest. There is not one redeemable quality about the marsh queen. I can't actually see Blizz testing this shit and saying "this is fine". They should have made it "play 5 3 mana cards. Considering half of hunters good cards are 3 mana, and every expansion they get a new 3 mana minion to compete with Bow, Kill command, Hounds, Animal companion, and rat pack, newest ones being stitched tracker and bearshark.
that's why in the version i made yesterday i had hemet and kept most of my cards at 3 mana or less and only included cards i dont mind drawing after hemet for my 4+ drops. i managed to steal a couple wins by SMOrcing and if a tundra rhino sticks in any version of hunter its hard to lose, but that's not true to the soul of the deck. so when i played slow and tried to do full Brann + Queen + Keleseth i'd always die before pulling it off.
i've tried a deck like that as well, but it's unlikely that you have hemit on 6 and the quest done. One time i got the combo off and the enemy killed my endless raptor swarm and i fatigued to death LUL

Because Keleseth doesn't offset the primary issue of quest hunter, which is that you're skipping turn one every game in a deck that really, really needs to take the board before the opponent in order to maximize damage output. Hunter in general is still struggling to keep up in the early game with other classes in standard even when it gets to play Alley Cat or something on turn one, going the quest route just exacerbates the issue and doesn't appear to pan out. In other words, if you're going to make a quest hunter anyway you should probably try Keleseth out but Keleseth existing doesn't suddenly make quest hunter a "good" deck. Which is honestly great since that card being meta defining was my single biggest fear out of any spoiler season ever. Can you imagine how boring ladder would be if every game was "quest, seven 1-drops, T-rex, infinite raptors, GG"?

I dont see the point. I was expecting an easy win for the Priest, and it was an easy win for the Priest.... Respect to the Hunter though for trying to play something different!

I used to run a quest hunter (self made, I'm not sure why I never thought about igneous elemental) that had that combo and it won me so many games. So I was like "Oh my god, YES!"
I'm a F2P player and I play almost only priest. When it was shit I played priest, when it was kinda decent I still played priest and now it's good and I still play priest. I don't play highlander priest since I don't have all the cards, but I have Anduin and most of the other cards. It's fun being the underdog and managing to win against popular decks. Now (even if I'm not really playing a tier 1 deck) priest in general is very good and I feel kinda bad sometimes.
It wouldn't have done anything besides discard two of his own cards. Geist only destroys spells and his opponent probably didn't have any 1 mana spells in his deck.
Choosing from an admittedly extremely generous selection, I think one of the absolute dorkiest aspect of my personality is how frickin' cool I think it is that Firebat got an HS card named after him. Makes me giggle erry time I think about it. :)
If you mean wouldn't it destroy the 1 drops created by Carnassa, then no it wouldn't. Skulking Geist only destroys 1 mana spells. It doesn't work on minions.
