Allowing players to dribble/speed boost directly into the defenders body without some type of a collision animation (or an offensive foul called) was always dumb to me Never understood the logic behind keeping some of the most skilled players (dribble gods) in 2k on training wheels like that The logic behind 2k’s onball defense needs to be remixed, from the contest system all the way down to the inconsistency/nonexistent players physics
If this is the case defenders should also get penalized for running up and bumping a person off track. In most cases in real life you can’t just charge at the offensive player and bump them or you’d get called for a foul.
@@TheNamezZ again I agree, but I would still want balance in any video game, be it basketball or any other kind of video game (especially an online competitive pvp game) I’m not an anti dribble head My feeling are the same about steals being op and them goofy ass ghost contest (hands down man down makes shot contest more skill base)
Can you ask them about personal workout? I definitely didn’t see it there… as a dribbler it was definitely the first thing I noticed once they revealed the MyCourt.
it seems everyone thinks its speed boosting but i think its more of protecting the ball from the defender not "speed boost". " oh bro we gotta speed boost".. kids
On the 2kLabs site where you list dribbling animation req's, I was wondering why 2 of my favorites from last year that weren't Starter 3 or Seasonal releases aren't listed: Jamal Murray BTB and the Kemba Walker Escape Moves? Are the Req's not known? Or are those gonna be Rep or Seasonal unlocks later in the game cycle? Sorry for having to ask here but I had to put my Twitter account on Private and I don't think you Follow me there to see any Reply to your Posts that I make. 👍
Yep, this is only branching all the animations into a single sequence, and they removed the hesi after cancelling a hop jumper. Not new but still an improvement
i really don't like what u doin wit d fox u just spamming left and right they made the game so we can actually dribble the ball instead of just spamming momentum left and right cross
2k25 Dribble tutorial before 2k25. Gotta love it😂😂
Young dirk has one too
We came a long way . I remember reading the pamphlet on a new video game to figure out the controls
So would you prefer that they didn’t do a dribble tutorial?
yes
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@OzRap-z4i I agree, the lack of physics allows for all of this to exist in the game
they changed it when the dribbler runs into the defender it is a fumble animation
Kinda sounds like yall should just play actual basketball😂games are meant to be a bit unrealistic.

This is already the best 2K because all this info and these tutorials are releasing BEFORE the game comes out
That and the squad finder might make this the best 2k ever
So many animations look like the player is sliding. Feet just sliding into place especially visible during animation transitions to the hoop
Them 99 steals and perimeter D guys are gonna be hell.

2:45 The court looks gigantic enormous lmfao.
good i like it that way
i hope they dont but knowing 2k they will patch fumbling while dribbling into a defender because of complaining
I hate how they hold the ball when speed boosting😂
Looks so weird😂
Carry like a mf 🤦♂️
Dislocate their shoulders lol. They need to patch that animation out
Look like live
it seems everyone thinks its speed boosting but i think its more of protecting the ball from the defender not "speed boost". " oh bro we gotta speed boost".. kids
NBA2KLab, awesome content it was really good
I thought bro was penguinz0
NBA2KLab, cool video it was really entertaining
Goated 💯💯💯
yall finally giving us info on time rather than trying to wait until the end of the year. lol
Which animations ?
Dribbling reminds me of 17 with less sauce 😂

They gotta add backrim shotmaking
You can do that in 2k24
@@flacko9706okay that’s got nothing to do with 2k25 so why mention it 🤣

Dribbling looks even easier this year.

That fox floater is outrageu
Koza got us
We only got 4 days left to play the actual game I can’t wait until nba 2k26 comes and nba 2k27
Something tells me that 6'7's and 6'6's are going to be more viable this year....
How do you do the snatch back if you got pro stick function to dribble moves only?
i just seen crossover 16 from 15 i’m happy.😭
So go to shot is literally just aggressive breakdown renamed 😭 if you shout directly off your agressive breakdown u weren’t missing

is it the same for current gen
Noti gang❤
Soo wuts speed ? Like regular speed
How do u do the throw ahead dribble
Burst so crazy they arms break
gonna be way too easy to guard the dribbling this year since the defender can see you waiting out your animation to speed boost 😂
Yea but us deep in gamers are gonna find a lot of cheesy moves and still put stuff together and become unguardable
@@TheLastKino yeah true hopefully L2 cancel is back
L2 cancel looked cooked with this weak speed boost
@@BmoreXqusite this is exactly how 2k22 current gen was, that little slow down speeds up the smaller you are

First badge test I need mini marksman 🙏
Yea I’m in the my court day one 😂😂
