probably the saddest shit i've watched in a long time. the first thing Haruno speaks to Akito is terrifyingly haunting: "If I were to die, would you give me a kiss to save this lonely soul" - dude? i mean this is the most profound and heartbreaking quote of the movie's script for sure

Akitos line: “I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to do anything for you” no matter how much stuff he did for her: Taking her to watch the sunset on the beach, watch the fireworks with her, take her to a school play. That was the one thing he couldn’t give her a kiss that could save her life. This has to be my favorite scene of the movie: from the scenery, the dialogue between Haruna and Akito. It was beautiful

That line broke me😢😢😢. I finished this film a couple of days ago and I can’t get it off my mind. Tragic, Sad, yet Beautiful. The last 30 minutes is a real emotional roller coaster…really the whole film. And I rarely have no problems moving on after finishing a Korean or Japanese Drama this is the first time in a while where I’m having a hard time moving on
