Karlstad Municipality (Karlstads kommun) is a municipality in Värmland County in west central Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Karlstad.

Have you ever been alive? From personal experience of being alive, the weather changes and is not a constant factor. If it was, Karlstad would not be named the sun city because it wouldnt be the sun city.
