SOLO TRAVEL | CHICAGO VLOG: MY FIRST TIME IN CHICAGO| I SPENT THE WEEKEND EXPLORING DOWNTOWN
I explored the streets of downtown and viewed many tourist attractions (Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile, etc.) for a weekend! I stayed at the Talbott Hotel which is walking distance to Magnificent Mile and the Contemporary Art Museum.
If you are curious Chicago is open for the most part. They are taking the appropriate precautions to ensure safety. Restaurants were slow moving since they were following 6 ft guidelines. All museums require tickets to be purchased in advance, some tickets I was able to purchase the day of such as the Contemporary Art Museum of Chicago.

I just came back from Chicago!! I loved it. I have been wanting to do a solo travel for soooo long but honestly get talked out of it cause of how dangerous it can be or whatever. My dream solo trip is to Aspen for my birthday. I can picture me now drinking a glass of wine looking out at the mountains ALL BY MYSELF lol Maybe one day.
BTW I LOVED the starbucks reserve. It was probably one of my favorite stops. I vlogged it also and and had to break it into parts as well. And I did not get a chance to get to the Museum of Illusions but will make that stop next time I am there! Loved your vlog!

Looked like a nice chill trip, never been to chicago, maybe when Miss Rona is dealt with I'll go one day. You should do a shot glass collection from every state or place you go to! That is what I'm currently doing and it would be cool to see what you collect.

I recommend it, it was nice to get out and go where I wanted where I wanted. Just make sure you research the area so you are close to where you stay.

Omg . I was so scared haha. I’m like where am I going to go? Do I feel comfortable walking around alone? Then I got there and I’m like eh this isn’t bad. Lol my Uber drivers were also helpful they were giving me places to visit.
