I was not born epileptic, but I did after an AVM in 1985. A golf ball size of mass veins close to the optic nerves had to be removed in the left brain. Seizures started after a few months and I have had 4 grand mal seizures in my life and hundreds of the controlled ones (OBE experiences) as you said, no taste, and euphoria or seeing in the future. However, I have had no epilepsy moments now for 4 years, for 2 reasons, I stopped talking any man made drugs as in my opinion my brain takes it as an alien attack and does more damage than good, and secondly, I agreed to have 2 Quantum hypnosis technique session to find out what causes my seizures. The last part what causes my epilepsy is impossible to explain verbally, I only understand it under QHHT as in that state, awake but left brain asleep. One thing I can say, is that when I had grand mal seizures, I left my body and had no memory of the seizure, pains, aches, spasms, more like floating in space where time doesn't exist. During a seizure 'I' are not in a 3rd dimensional reality, I don't know which level it is, 4th, 5th or more, but it is a beautiful experience. When I come back to the body and the 3rd D again, then all the physical damage comes back. I have controlled my own epilepsy now, by embracing all the millions of information that come to the mind and just let is pass by... fear and panic causes the seizure, so in my opinion the best way is to accept it, breath deeply and learn from it. I had lived 33 years taking epilepsy as a disability, and now 4 years as a gift, it is a matter of how I see it and use it.

Thank you so much for sharing :) Very interesting to hear how your mentality towards your seizures helped you positively change your experience of them

Great video! Very interesting - especially the flow chart. Was a really useful way to help demonstrate the different types of seizures

Great video, I didn't know there were so many types of epilepsy! Also very interesting use of the word "lend" at the end of the video.

Thanks Maxy! Yeh lending/stealing/potato/potato.....it's all a grey area not too sure of the semantics
