It did have a freeze down.The affects don't apply for a few minutes/seconds. But my phone can barely render the game now I used to be able to play the old one with the freezedown so I don't really know.

Just a few things to clarify here, because it seems like most people in this comment section are clueless, or have no idea what they are talking about: - This "freezedown" event is not part of the game, rather a code snippet that I saved to my local files (juusto made this as a joke), but since people seem to be assuming things, this will not make an appearance again. - UO is still very much in the game and the whole reason for it being unobtainable is because of the 0.5c update, which effectively broke the event due to a lot of critical changes. This will make a reappearance in the next small update that we are working on. - Some people think that StartUpMeltCall flag is essentially the unplanned overload event, which is not true. This just forces an instant meltdown upon reactor ignition.

Unplanned Overload in 0.55b+ was only obtainable by doing: 5 Restab and 15 shutdown. Now it's being in redisigned while dev's are making it
