Hey the midge doll is “barbie and the sensations Bopsy” and the Teresa is “Sun Jewel Teresa”
The legs are not fixable, the black dot in the centre of the white spots is normal and very usual for dolls with this white spot condition, it’s just the rubber breaking down.

I found a G3 Lagonna fully dressed, no accessories. And, one newer Bratz post 2015. Keep the doll thrifting and flea market shopping going. I love the Skulltimate secrets dolls.
