It's unique in every car and the devs made it that way so the gold can be used on something. Best settings for your specific car is to buy the perfect tunes with gold, or buy the strip version of the car so it would come with the perfect tunes intalled for fuel rate and timing

Update I have been using this tune for a few days. I just got a 4.589 for the first time
