I’ve looked at these a few times (hubs that mount on your iPad). They just don’t work with cases, and they wouldn’t work with my VESA mount arm that my iPad sits in at the office. Also, I don’t want cables hanging off the iPad at my desk. Maybe mobile...but I just have a USB key, or SD card reader that can be plugged in then removed. The battery lasts so long on the iPad that I’ve never had issues needing to use something else while I need to charge.
I use my new 16” MacBook Pro with an external monitor - an old NEC with a DVI port and a DVI to HDMI dongle. The HDMI port on the Hyper Drive will t work with the dongle. I had to return the Hyper Drive. Other than the dongle issue, the Hyper Drive worked okay.
Nice review. I use a J5 create JVAW62 wireless video dongle and need to transmit data and charge simultaneously. Another hub I tried does not work. I wonder if this will?
Not sure if you have the Brydge keyboard, but if you do, have you tried fitting that corner hub with the back magnetic plate cover on? Awesome review btw!!!👍
You facing any slowing issues when charge the ipad through the baseus hub? If charge directly without using the hub,then the fast charge working perfectly fine. I hope you respond my comment. You just earned a new subscriber!!!!
Try a sd card and micro sd card together. Do they work together or only one at a time. I know that a pen drive works side by side with the card reader. But can it read two cards at the same time - sd card and micro sd card

is this a first one a powered hub? I am looking for a USB regular hub, not usb c. I need a hub that is either thunderbolt to all those other ones to go from a Ipad gen 9 but I need it to be powered and have all the ports you are talking about.
Great review! have you tested if, when connected to the HDMI port, the ipad delivers HDR signal to the tv or monitor? I have tested some hubs but they don't bypass a strong HDMI signal to deliver HDR or Dolby Vision.
Hi Fernando, I have an iPad Pro and have really enjoyed your reviews on setting up an office relying on the iPad Pro exclusively. Based on your review of this item, I bought it from Amazon. All ports work great except the 3.5 mm headphone jack. It works fine for wired headphones, but it does not work with a set of Bose wired computer speakers (Bose Companion 3 Series II) through the 3.5 mm headphone jack. Can you think why they wouldn’t work together? These speakers even work with my iPhone using the lightning-to-headphone jack adaptor attached to the speakers. Any ideas?

i am a fan of it. At the end of the day they all do the same thing, so it is more about what you think looks nice and what you use it for.
@@fernandosilva Yeah I thought the hyper drive looked the best bc it doesn't require wires to go into the USB-C. Personal preference I guess lol
The Hyper Drive one looks much better too. The Tech Craft channel has a good overview of it.

The newest iPad Pro’s have a USB-C connection. Check the specs on Apple.com
Don't get the inatek hub for iPad Pro. It has very slow transfer speeds, have not tried the other one.
