Because Enter The Dragon is one of the best(if not THE best martial arts movie ever made), but I don't know about this one, because it's seemingly just one long van/trucker chase with Strode(whenever he manages to show up); and also, the mayor of the town is the same guy who would later on; play the judge from Ghostbusters 2. This movie is just full of weird and odd coincidences, also, this movie had 70's era Terry Crews too? That's insane. This entire film feels like an insane car chase, and also feels like a what if story about if Chuck Norris' character survived his fight with Bruce Lee's character from Enter The Dragon, but changed his name and identity(and tried to audition for the part of Simple Jack), because before he had his mustache, Chuck Norris had to ACTUALLY try in his films.
Yes, that is Donnie Williams. I remember him from such films as "Black Belt Jones" and "Bruce Lee: The Man, The Myth". He has a little bit better of a role in Norris' "A Force of One"
