Hii ,does the sensor works fine I have to do this for college project ..I was using pulse sensor for heartbeat but it was a Chinese cheap product and was not showing reading properly

Even This Sensor Is From China, Some Might Not Work, But Most Of Them Works.

Hello, We are doing the same project except for the display unit. Node MCU ESP8266 with SparkFun Pulse Oximeter and Heart Rate Monitor but we are getting the error "Status '16" It's not showing as an error, but under Oxygen: 0 its shows status:16. What does it mean? Do we have to use exact 4.7K resisters? We tried with 4k and 5K, but still getting "Status 16". Please let me know if you can show some light to fix this.

It Depends On The Library Installed. If You've Installed MAX30100/102, It Supports Else Install MAX30102 Library.

If You Are Supplying With 5V You Require Would Require A Resistor. If You Are Using 3.3V You Won't Require.

Try Running Debug Code From MAX30100 Library In Examples.......And Upload The Same Code, And Make Sure Your Phone And NodeMCU Connects To The Same SSID Network.
