I really like the Karela and Mango example. I always thought that if I can memorize sanskrit sloke without understanding the meaning, then I can do anything. Sometimes we begin to understand the meaning at a later stage in our lives. I have noticed that some children who are very active are not doing as well as others in their studies because study require calmness /sitting and rereading but physical stamina in such kids requires kids to jump and they can’t concentrate even though they tried very hard and finally they go in regulation and guilt trap mode.
