You are legitimately one of the best comedians on earth. On Jupiter? Meh. I've seen better.

@DrewDunnComedy I don't know if the switch to the British accent will translate, but I strongly recommend avoiding the drink specials at SQ#^^*>=$101001,3DK's. Also, don't be offended if the locals throw up on you. It's just how they laugh. (Pretty sure there's a premise in there, somewhere, about international or interstellar miscommunication and it's all yours.)
Really, man... you're so fucking good, (and there's no way that delivery and presence didn't take some years of seriously horrifying open mic nights) but, now, you've got some of the best jabs in the ring.

Writing it, no. There isn't really much use for it anymore other than I can be super lazy and not have to lift my pen to write. What you do end up using it for is reading old documents or things written by the older generations. It is a dying skill and that's ok but we aren't far enough away from it yet to stop learning it. It sounds really stupid to say all of this but I've seen a couple younger people have to find an older person to read something in cursive so they could get whatever task it was done.

This was my thought too, if it can't be read it's easier to mask history. I've witnessed younger people literally laugh thinking it's just made up, the same ones that have called me to look at money they thought was counterfeit (2 dollar bills, half dollars, silver dollars). While it isn't used it doesn't mean it isn't worth learning, half these kids can't even write legibly cursive or not 😂

@@TheeBricainePrecisely this. Locking younger generations out from being able to cipher old documents seems to be the most logical reason to no longer teach it.

There is. Reading original source documents that were created before the typewriter & computer replaced handwriting.
