The penalty for Vettel was not harsh but if you look at the view where you can see the wheel of vettel he looks in his mirror and he could give some room to Hamilton and Vettel keeps turning right so he squeezes Hamilton near the wall for Hamilton to stop attacking and Vettel could have more time ahead of Lewis
