  • If you cannot screen mirror using your Android phone and you have the casting feature option, on your phone. Please verify that you are connected to the same wireless network, on your phone and your TV.
Next, go to Settings, then click connected devices, click connection practices and then click Cast. At this point, you may automatically see a list of devices which are compatible with your phone. If you do not see a list of devices. Then in the upper right hand corner, click the three dots and then click to enable wireless display. Please wait at least 2 minutes for it to load. Now you should see a list of all of the devices that are wirelessly casting.
I tried casting to, 2 different TV's, using 2 different phones. And I realized, that certain phones will not cast to certain TVs. For example, a Moto One 5g Ace (2022) was not able to connect to a Toshiba Amazon Fire TV. Although that same phone was able to connect to a 65 inch TCL Roku TV. A Blu View 4 (2023), Android 12 phone was not able to connect to a Toshiba Amazon Fire TV, but was able to connect to a 65 inch TCL Roku TV. Lastly, So if casting doesn't work on one TV, then try it on another TV. I also tested this feature out on an Android 13 phone, which worked on every TV I tested.
