One more assumption , let's say it requires him 2 eggs per dish. So the amount he gains per day is 40*900/2 = 18000. Now this is the output not profit but still it is an impressive number.
Still 10 thousand profit per day means 3 lakh approx per month and ear more the a iitian most of street foor vendors are very rich as compared to people working in big corporate offices
