You can see Twitch if you're close enough to him. It's Camouflage, not Invisibility. Granted, if you're close enough to see him he also gets a MASSIVE speed boost WHICH IS RETARDED RIOT. A fucking long range stealth burst ADC who gets like 600ms running away from you for 15 seconds with his fucking Q is RETARDED. But Riot isn't known for making good decisions with making champions so... *Shrug*
