Open-mic organizer offers stage to Halifax performers

A musician from Pictou Couty NS is creating opportunities for artists in Halifax.
Andre Pettipas hosted his first open mic event at a local pub in November to foster community and break down cost barriers. For some, it’s the only way to play on a stage. Landon Morris reports.
