Recently, I have made progress with reviving dead 1400 series machines. Aside from running this channel and the PFAFF Talk weblog, I also restore, repair and even reengineer 1983-2005 PFAFF sewing machines. I also make repair tools so fellow enthusiasts can repair their own machines, and reproduction Coverlock power tables.
