As an expert in music with a master in international vocals I tell you this : she is WONDERFUL! And those saying she was not good, are ignorant in music , so I totally understand their stupid comments ...

@@nivineelhoury2447 She has an exceptional wounderful voice like her mother Salwa Qatreeb . It is your own different openion anyway all admired her performace .
If you compare her to Lebanese or Arabic singers, she wouldn't will not pass audition level . However, she soothed me with her singing . I could listen to her oved and over again. Notice how her words were choppy , average judge would ding those in score. Probably she needs more practice . I like her singing but she will not pass a Lebanese contest.

اللغة العربية أصعب لغة في العالم فهي أجمل لغة من ناحية كل شئ خاصة الغناء 😍
و خصوصا اللهجه لبنانية
Hi from France ! i appreciate very much Aline Lahoud.
When Aline Lahoud came to France for singing, no one was waiting for her actualy, and even Mika....but that do not mean, in fact that none is currently interested in arabic music or about the Meadle-East singing....from far. ! In our countries, the most of people cannot hear what music means, what a sensitive expression means, not everybody but so much.
From a too long time, we have lost our traditionnal history, also into arts and music especially...That is so sad and i am not very happy about it....for exemple, except persons well taught in music, french or german people, even english people are not able to feel, to hear and savour arabic traditional modulations, they do not appreciate the fine differences from a tone to another, in quarter of tone and softly...Also about our classical music, which i love, we all know the great composers and conducters who are the fundamental pillars of occidental tradition...but since hundreds of years, we have closed music in a standard without these precious quarter tones.
"Das Wohltemperierte Klavier" was among others, the begining of the end of a lively way of playing music or singing...
" The Well-Tempered Clavier" meant both a clever work that was possible to be writen, but also the end of natural temperment...We needed a fixed system to create musical scores, and we had lost the life , freedom of singing and playing....
Nevertheless, into regional areas, we continued to play ancient music with naturel temperament...and for many years, people from countryside used to practice natural music....but nowadays, many problems prevent people to be in the awareness of their own basic culture, the global way of thinking erase everything....
Then, i personnaly still understand and i appreciate arabic music, probably not as it must be, but the most as i can do.
When i listen to Aline Lahoud, i recieve a shining vocal expression, full of life and in a unique style. Even if she comes from Lebanon, and her mother , Salwa Al Katrib, was also a great singer, even there are many differences between her, Aline is unique. The major Problem for us is to understand the words, and with such poetry, it is sad...but, when a man or a women from mediterraneen countries sings, there is so much intensity, so much involvment and heart meanings , that we understand the most important....
We can discover many distinctive ways of singing in each country, that i often enjoy.
We can be a specialist of another tradition, that is my life, and welcome the others as ours, in a common regard.
I personnaly love very much the singing of Kazem al Sahir, for all his master pieces ...these kind of person are so precious, they built bridges between different cultures, that allows us to welcome and understand, then share in a daily listening.
To end my comment, Aline Lahoud should have gone directly to final of the contest....But juges are not in the awareness to listen such a universal singing....and to be a little bit sarcastic, i would say that anybody might have sung " Attuna Toufuli" from Rémi Bandali, it wouldn't have changed anything...and that is the problem for me....
But be sure, even in France or England, Much people still remember each treasure of the world, coming from anywhere, and we stand up to preserve them as ours, we sometime learn them, and sing them as possible, and it is possible !
I am very close to Lebanon, even though France leave them, badly, Lebanon was the best sing we did, and the best of us was sat in this beautiful country....it was a real communion, and it is also the same for a part of us who know their wrongs, their history and also their beauty...
This way of thinking was in my family, but fundamentaly came into me with a friend from Algeria, Nasser my best friend, and also from a great Hungarian composer; " Zoltan Kodaly".
The problems i described are the same every where and from everybody; To Welcome is a hope, a wish, a will, a willingness.

le liban est un peuple decomplexe et trop sympa, elle est franchament canon, pas besoin d avoir la voix d oum keltoum ou fairouz, elle est sublime comme elle est, bravo et bonne continuation, ton grand fan marocain

ils étaient impressionné par la musique plutôt que par la voix mais en fait je crois qu’elle pourrait montré sa voix dans les chansons françaises ou anglaises ..
Non, C'est le tout qui les as impressionné, et personnellement j'ai pas entendu de plus belle voie depuis le début de la saison.
moi je suie The voice version arabe et j c bien si elle a participé avec cette chanson et cette manière de chanter elle ne va pas etre accepté car l'arabe est plus difficile et c n'est pas une chanson de montrer ses pouvoir elle était intelligente elle sait bien que les occidentaux adorent la musique orientale
Elle révait de venir en france, c'est plus pour l'honneur qu'autre chose je pense, étant deja un chanteuse renomée au liban elle a sans aucun doute un niveau beaucoup plus élevée que les chanteurs de the voice arabes.
Etant grec, on est très lié au liban, c'est des amis de toujours j'avoue que j'ai kiffé voir sa

Je ne suivais pas The Voice mais je me suis trouvée par hasard sur Tf1 au moment où Nikos parlait avec Aline...je ne m'attendais pas qu'elle allait chanter en arabe..j'étais surprise comme tout le monde je pense...c'est vrai qu'elle a une belle voix mais elle n'est pas non plus exceptionnelle par rapport aux autres voix orientales...d'une pierre deux coups, elle a rendu hommage à sa mère avec cette chanson en même temps son choix la bien servi car c'est une des très belles chansons orientales...Bravo et bonne chance. (Je suis algérienne, je connais plus au moins les chanteuses libanaises connues mais j'avoue que je l'ai découvert grâce à The Voice France Lol)
