    i have a old deck its not integrated is it worth replacing bearings or just cut my loses and buy a need scooter? the bearing cups which the bearing fit are also damaged. Can you but new ones when i buy new bearings.

      Given that your cups are damaged it's highly likely that new bearings wouldn't fix your issue or even fit for that matter. If you need further assistance please feel free to email us with a picture of your deck to info@scooterhut.com.au

    HELP!!!
    I installed my tilt headset on my ihc blunt fork from the completes s9 on my pandemonium deck , but now my deck is rotating very slow I dont know why 😢

      Hi there,
      Your headset top cap is probably being compressed down onto the top of your deck's headtube. Micro spacers or the removal of the top cap will help.
      Thanks,
      Dani

    Integrated scooter headsets are the same size than BMX integrated headsets? 🤔

    • @ScooterHutTV
      @ScooterHutTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They surely are, however, be wary that mountain bike headsets are a different size!

    If I bought a new deck and wanted to use the forks and compression I have do I need new forks that fit? Or do I need a bigger compression shim to fit?

    • @ScooterHutTV
      @ScooterHutTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should be able to swap all of the components from your current scooter onto the new deck.

    what do I do if I loose the micro spaces?

    • @ScooterHutTV
      @ScooterHutTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Micro Spacers are an optional part so they may not be required with your compression :)

    I tried this and never got it to work so we returned the items. I tried with a Proto deck, Proto neck, a Proto headset kit, and a Native Stem fork, but these will not fit together. Waste of several hundreds of Euros. I managed to get back half of the money. Lesson learnt. Instead I just buy fully assembled scooters for my son when he breaks parts of it. We have not got scooter shops in Belgium so there is no hands on help nor and in person advice available.
    My advice is : TH-camrs make this look easy, but it is not in practice.

    My fork moves back and forth when I move it what do I do?

    • @ScooterHutTV
      @ScooterHutTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Movement in your fork could be many things such as loose compression or the wrong compression ring. If you'd like send us a short video of the issue to info@scooterhut.com.au and we will have a better idea of what's happening with your scooter :)
