Dry Prawns Curry / Kerala Style Unakka Konju MuringikkaTheeyal / Chemmeen Theeyal
Ingredients:
Dry Prawns - 1 cup ( 40 g )
*For grinding :
Grated coconut - 2 cup
Shallots - 2 ( medium size )
Curry leaves
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder - 2 pinch
* For preparation:
Coconut oil / oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli - 1
Curry leaves
Shallots - 150g
Green chilli - 3
Tomato - 1 ( small)
Drum stick - 2 ( medium size )
Hot water - 2 cup
Tamarind
Salt
