@@ravikaushalrk4324See its Very Simple i had too i suffered too But i had already Completed Three 10 Day courses after two more i will promote myself for 20 , 30 days courses at First Course i suffer the problem but i took it as challenge as well wanted to experience the benefit of it are scientific & Spiritual well Spiritual benefit is such that it enable mind to be subtle to understand true laws of nature and it will happen Automatically you will suprise & shock , i could have share scientific & medical benefits too but that would be merely on intellectual realm rather than experience/experimenting okay Now if you have this at severe stage or its Serious medical Condition then you can inform Firstly to Your teacher regarding this problem and with no doubt they will allow you to have meal after dicourse by 9:10 in night if it aint You should wait for 4-5 Days by not having dinner...
