For any eso striker still left playing the game. LazUmar card set is still 24.5% dmg if you have perfect uptime or 19% if the proc covers 45% of your big skills. Even without perfect proc usage its 14% unconditional dmg + 0% - 24% depending on your proc. LTS, Tornado and SK all do lightning dmg so enjoy extra 10% weakness dmg on top of it. It also works with both support sets. You have a plan and the thunder dmg increase one for your lightning skills. Out of experience when looking at my dps logs it usually covers 40-70% of my big skills on procs so its just an dmg gain in the new brel raid over any other set excluding swift thunderbold 30.
Any chance you can explain why have a plans damage is multiplicative vs the rest being additive? I’m not fully understanding why all damage increase % is Multiplicative and lightning damage increase % is additive if the STB card set is changing all your damage to lighting anyways?
We can not really explain why it is that way. The wording is the same and I would logically also not a see a reason why the effect would be different... But apparently in KR they got this information. We were assuming it could be a translation issue to english.
It`s for both gates the same. Brel in G2 doesn`t have lightning weakness at the start of the fight, but after the first transition she becomes weak to it.
Instead of getting rid of this ridiculous system, they went ahead and added more incentives to gatekeep more ppl! Cant wait for a game I can hook on and quit this shitty game

so in summary as a dps u should go for STB 18 and supports can chill if they have lwc and yhap otherwise hunt yhap as a support
Yeah if you dont have STB18 supps go for LWC and DPS with LOS30 and otherwise the sup takes yhap, except when the supp has the RTP24 set
