Sir, Thanks for your efforts for whole series on earthing and bonding. It really clears many doubts and provide insights of earthing. All derivations really very detailed & clear things in simple way.

Eletrode length 7.4mtr current probe 20mtr it will give correct reading?or can you suggest which model have current probe more length

Sir ! the derivation is beautiful. But all I have a confusion while performing 4 point wenner method.
Once I was performing ERT in a tunnel for USS where area was solid hard rock and water was continuously coming from ground. How to perform that test.
The other thing is that what would be correct relation in between the depth of current and voltage probe with spacing in between them.

Many thanks. In case of hard rock we typically use drilling for embedding the probe. However, land is saturated then we must wait to perform and get accurate results. In case water is coming out continuously then in this case measurement can be performed using an EBB or earthing point at road level bonded to the same earth mat.

Thank u for ur efforts I really ppreciate your videos. U didn't talk about the clamp ON method, also in what situations it can/cannot be used.

Thanks. I would try to speak on different methods for measurements, however, in this I wanted to provide the most commonly used method.

@@railwayengineeringinsights6463 Thanks, and waiting for ur video on that.
In energized substations, it could be difficult to test using the FOP method.
Clamp on could be a good alternative but I just have 2 Q:
1- If all earth cbles (and bonding) are removed from the earth bar, except for the earth cable under test(no loop), can the clamp on give a correct result ).
2- If there is already a flowing current in the earth cable, can this effect the measurement.
