Tarte Tartelette Juicy Palette Royalty Eyeshadow tutorial, BEGINNER MAKEUP TUTORIAL

I created this Royal Purple and Gold eyeshadow look using the Tarte Tartelette Juicy Palette. I love the purple pop of color on the bottom lash liner and the Still Kitten Karma liquid eyeshadow to add extra sparkle. I used Kiss Chiffon lashes for extra drama.
