Hair white jab hottay hai jab aap ka zinc, copper ya vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 ki deficiency hotti hai ek age honnay k baad aap k vitamin absorb kam hojata aaj kal ki dite k vajay say b bahoot loog k jaldi white horaha hai hair amla, meethi jo log dite may ziyada laytay hai un k baal late white hottay hai also using correct oils like amla oil mixed with almond and coconut oil is good no need to apply oil for long hours u can keep it for 3 4 hours and wash it off that's enough pply 2 times a week bass
