I have the 2.0 diesel auto grand C max version, and it drives and handles incredibly well. The rear sliding doors are great, but the intro graphics controls are fiddly. Excellent car all in all 👍
We like our 2015 C max II, but there are annoying details: - Wheel lug nuts: Not chrome plated nuts, but the steel nut is capped with a stainless steel cover. Very stupid thing. When the steel nut start to corrode, it pushes the cover outside, and you can not use the 19mm wheel nut wrench any more. I recommend to replace all wheel nuts immediately. - Ford saved a few cents on the toolkit as well. Very, very primitive. - The older models have Sync 2 computer, wich was obsolete even in 2015. - The plastic parts are undersized. Be careful when operating any of them. - The 3 cylinder 1.0 Ecoboost engine is powerful enough for a granddad like me, but at idle rev, it shakes like a Harley. All in all, The C max II is not a bad car, but belongs to the lower middle nivo - because of the cost saving everywhere.
@@silverstone-leasing Yes I know but you're driving a grand c max whilst talking about the normal c max as if that's what you're driving. Just curious why you did this??
Great review - the place you were driving through looked nice too
Thanks for the review. I'm looking for a hire car for my holiday to take 4 passengers (2 elderly) plus baggage. Sold me on the C-Max.
@trev8591 Yes, we agree, it's a lovely car!

Ford forgot to mention the dodgy clutch master cylinder and ABS pump unit that jams on the brakes if you are buying a max check its all been sorted.

Family cars should be like Police cars..... an interior wall to lock the wife in kids in the back while have a v8 upfront to impress the mates.....
Love it!!! 🤣
Also he is reading from a script a guy in another video said the exact same maternity ward joke. Wont be buying this

Why are you driving a grand c max but talking about a normal c max. At least cover it up better, the weather isn't even the same
Thank you for your comment, clearly this was filmed last year as snow would be everywhere. Thanks for stopping by.
