I just want to make clear that the drama is NOT BL but only bromance. The real story is from a BL manhua called, Brilliant, by author, Han Lu. Because of the Chinese strict government the drama had to be censored a lot, but you can still get very good chemistry between chong liming and ah yi.

scft yoonϻin also if it makes u feel better at the end when lan Zhang came back to wei ying and they saw each other at the mountain wei ying was wearing different clothes so lan Zhan came after a few months or maybe years which means lan Zhan went back to cloud recesses and did what he needed to do as a leader and once he did that and eventually everything was ok he came back to find wei ying so that may mean everyday wei ying goes to that spot waiting for lan Zhan to return and I think wei ying and lan zhan couldn’t go back together is because lan zhan’s status as leader would have been ruined since he is with wei ying and lgbt+ might of not been socially accepted y’know what I mean so in order to keep his title he had to do what he did and I think wei ying trusted him and knew he was gonna come back someday ( sorry it’s long but hope it helped you so you don’t think it’s not such a big cliffhanger)

This is bromance lol. But they have a VERY good chemistry 😂 The drama was also based on a BL manhua, but because of China's strict government the drama turned into a bromance instead of BL. I still recommend it very much! I love the songs, and Chemistry between the two boys.
