This show is about entertainment, and Kim is by far the most entertaining. Obviously she isn't a very nice person but she absolutely without a doubt deserves to win. Lets not forget that the people she's arguing with are also pretty terrible.
Looking back, it seems that Chloe felt bad for Kim and wasn't quite as nasty as her friends. It was nice to see her try and comfort Kim because the others did not.
