  • Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends!!Hope you all are doing good??today also i came with an interesting video,called "my productive morning routine"My morning routines changes as days because Monday- saturday without Friday,I have to make lunch and also breakfast to the family....so Mornings will be bit busy in these days but on Friday and sunday it will be a cool relaxed morning because no lunch in the morning so have to make only breakfast....
    Sunday is the leave day to my husband so sunday is the coolest day in entire week for me.....so i thought to share a morning routine on Sunday....I made idly for breakfasat and thought to share the recipe too because some of my subscribers ask me to share idly recipe using srilankan ingredients.....because in Srilanka there is no any separate idly rice such for make idly perfectly so thought to share a good recipe of making idly using few ingredients.....
    And I have to say you something that I use our field black urad dal for making Idly today...you may use white urad dal instead....also made a chutney recipe in my style so can call as "sambol"too..hahah...because my house members do not like to eat chutney as it is so i changed the recipe little bit...give a try if you like the recipe....

    Ingredients:
    FOR MAKING IDLY:
    *Rice[big]-1.5 cup
    *Urad dal-Three quarter cup
    *Fenugreek seeds-1 tea sp
    *Cooked rice-5 TBsp
    *Water
    *Salt
    *For tempering[oil,onion,mustard seed,dried red chili,curryleaves]
    FOR MAKING CHUTNEY/SAMBOL:
    *Fresh coconut
    *Onion-a small piece
    *Salt
    *Ginger-a small piece
    *Garlic-1 clove
    *Maldive fish-as your tatse
    *Green chili/bird's eye chili-as your taste
    *Lime juice[optional]
    *For tempering[Oil,mustard seed,onion,dried red chili,curry leaves

    *அரிசி(பெரியது)/Rice
    *உளுந்து/Urad dal
    *வெந்தயம்/Fenugreek seed
    *சமைத்த சோறு/Cooked Rice
    *தண்ணீர்/Water
    *உப்பு/Salt
    *கடுகு/Mustard seeds
    *வெங்காயம்/Onion
    *காய்ந்த மிளகாய்/Dried red chili
    *கறிவேப்பிலை/Curry leaves
    *தேங்காயத்துருவல்/Fresh coconut
    *இஞ்சி/Ginger
    *பூண்டு/Garlic
    *மாசி/Maldive fish
    *பச்சை மிளகாய்/Green chili
    *ஈறு மிளகாய்/Birds's eye chili
    *எலுமிச்சை சாறு/Lime juice
