@@nicwong1939 Not as an encounter. She's Candice's ace in Platinum, as well as the rematches in other games. And one of 3 pokemon Candice uses that has the SNow Cloak ability, alongside Mammoswine and Glaceon.

I love her but I have so many memories of watching animators as a kid that I can’t pick a favorite. Jaiden, Odd1sOut, Emirichu, Domics, Gingerpale, illymations, Amaazing, SomethingElseYT, Haminations, and more I can’t remember off the top of my head

FR. I had to go against Cynthia with no healing items because I had to heal and/or revive half my party after each fight. Luckily, my Froslass froze her Garchomp.
@@mathybrain8 no matter what i always bring rotom in when taking on the elite 4, you can change it's form between fights and if your rotom is quite defensive it can tank all of garchomps hits and blizzard it

They’re definitely hard…
But it makes the game more interesting as you’re obligated to strategize with pokemons that you would’ve not used otherwise… (I’m hoping to finish mine next weekend… although I might lose 😂)

They're the only way I can enjoy the mainline pokemon games anymore.
You should have your friend do a normal full playthrough of Pokemon first so he gets the gist of it, then go straight into a soullink nuzlocke for the chaos. :P

What most people, even they forget, is there’s an extra encounter in this game if you go back and get the gift Dratini after you do the trial for the last badge.

Maan.. Ever since I tried my own nuzlocke just to see what the hullabaloo's all about, it kinda made me ruthless abit with pokemons lol. In the first couple of failed nuzlockes I did, whenever a pokemon dies I go "NOOOOO! NOT WILLY! I LOVED HIM LIKE A BROTHER!!!" but now its "NOOOOO! NOT WILLY! *I NEEDED THAT ELEMENT FOR THE NEXT GYM!* " like seriously man, if you want a lil peek inside of whats going on in the inner thinkings of a competitive pokemon player, then nuzlockes will definitely give it to you...
That shiny is in every game, it’s just a randomized gyarados
Just gonna put this in right quick: Heart Gold and Soul Silver are just DS remakes of the original generation 2 games, Gold and Silver, with a bit of Crystal (the third gen 2 game) since Suicune had a special story to it.

wait a minute... abomosnow and torterra are both primary grass types but they had them on the team
It's ovious that they set a special rule for dual type to use them even if they had a same primary as long as the secondary was not a pokemon on their team, otherwise they would have been more limited
Pretty sure they just forgot that Abomasnow is Grass/Ice and not Ice/Grass

That’s always going to be an issue. After 10 years here in the U.S, people keep mispronouncing it… so you just give up trying to correct them…

And to be fair, people dont spell it right cause Jaiden misspelled it. Wich is fine since Jan correctef her in his reaction. And its going to happen with some names, since you dont knoe how every name is pronounced in a language. Heck, you barely even know what languages the names of people come from or wich way they want it to be pronounced
I mean, my name is a Spanish name, most English speakers don't know how to pronounce it well lol
But yeah, everyone is gonna misspell names that are hard to pronounce, specially if it's in another language, so can't do much about that xD

Honestly i thought for a second while playing SWSH that i just might be getting to old for pokemon cause of how shit it was. But no, ive replayed all the other games and i just have so much fun with them (even played fan games and they are just as fun) even XY was fun compared to SWSH which is the second worst pokemon mainline game imo but there is a huge gap between them.
The Sinnoh remakes are amazing even tho still kinda disapointed that they decided to not give it the ORAS treatment. Gen 4 being my favorite was very excited for it. But there is legends which i hope its good. And give pokemon a new direction.

I stopped playing around Ruby/Sapphire, so anything past that, I was oblivious to. So Personally, I did enjoy Sword/Shield thanks to that. But it’s obvious that they didn’t push the game to its limits. Im right there with you on Legend of Arceus.. that may be my 2nd play through on the channel

@@TheWeebsCloset there is just something about swsh that feels so empty and sad. I like a lot of the new pokemon but the game itself was bleh. I even got the dlc felt like wasted money cause just more open world with nothing to do.
Yeah, I think that the routes should’ve been a bit more like the wild areas, and also more alive.. I honestly wouldn’t know how to accomplish such a thing, but hopefully they perfect the formula by Legend

@@TheWeebsCloset yeah it does seem like they are having a hard time figurering out what to do. XY and SM(USUM) are there other 3d games which XY was pretty weak and i really liked SM. But those are closer to the older games compared to SWSH that are trying something new but not really. I think another problem is that they are rushing the games.
I think another thing is the lack of puzzly areas/dungeons. To me everything in SWSH was super striaght forward. I think they thought the open areas was enough to replace those things.
Edit: ORAS was the Ruby and Sapphire remake with Emerald added stuff into it and it completely overshadowed XY and I think its happening with the Sinnoh remakes overshadowing SWSH.
@@BARALover96 ORAS is the standard I wanted for BDSP so i didn't even bother buying them after SwSh, XY I think was a good start with ORAS fixing a lot of XY's problems, Sun and Moon is annoying early on, while later it gets into its grove around the 3rd island onward, SWSH feels fun at the beginning and then after the 3 gym the game makes me violently mad because Kabu, Nessa and Milo coming to greet you after beating them was the only time in the whole game I felt a shred of care and spark that pokemon has missed for years, and then the game gets painfully mediocre and downright stupid, there was so much more the tournament setting could have done especially when Bede shows up and challenges us to a battle in the middle of it
