Once the unit is sold, you are on your own even if your unit will have issues. They aso have this illegal practice of forfieting reservation fees even if the delay was their fault. They took 40k from the reservation of two units and did a horrible and delayed purchase process. Took it against us and told us that we cannot take our deposit back. Shoutout to Sales Administration - Remedial of SMDC! You may have our 40k but you will forever have somebody who will expose your greed in social media! Stay away from SMDC!
