Devialet он из другого мира, более чисто играет и очень жирные вкусные низы. Он не подходит для приминения на улице как JBL,
Они обо несомненно очень хорошие.
Но по соотношению цена-качество выигрывает JBL 710 . Devialet тоже отлично играет но не намного.

The reason why many people don't care about Devialet is, because they are bass heads.
JBL Partyboxes have 2 times or 5 times louder bass, than on Devialet Phantoms.
But I like Devialet speakers.
I want a speaker that has sound quality and bass at the same time and Devialet speakers can do that.
I already own a Devialet Phantom 2 98 dB version and I like it.
I bought it as a test and I fell in love with Devialet speakers.
Now I want a Devialet Phantom 1 108 dB version or 2 of them, but Devialet Phantoms still use Bluetooth 5.0.
That's old.
I am waiting for the next generation of Devialet Phantoms.
I asked Devialet if they would use Wifi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 with APTX Lossless Bluetooth codec and Devialet answered noted.
Next generation may come late 2024 or early 2025.

It all comes down to preference and what you are more comfortable with when it comes to sound quality. My honest opinion I like both I think they both sound just as good though the JBL takes the lead on the loudness but phantom is more clear. Now when it comes to the bass I’m not as big on punchy bass unless I’m outdoor out in the opening. If I’m inside I would lower the bass down where I can get a more clear sound on the instruments and vocals. That just my preference overall I like them both. I don’t see one better then the other.
ok by another one and have 2 x PB 710 for 50% less money then single phantom.. have stereo sound, lighting effect, much deeper bass and more power sound output.. for money, PB 710 is the king of the portable Bluetooth speaker!
It's not really portable if it doesn't have battery. With the rest I agree.
JBL can only go down to 35Hz +/-6db. Phantom does 20Hz +/-2db and down to 14Hz +/-6db. I don’t think you understand the difference between boomy and accurate bass.

Try 20 Hz bass on both please, if you want.

@BASS FREAK I have the partybox 710 and the limit is 26hz in my test. for shits and giggles i put my phone in front of the bass port and used the spectroid app and it picked up bass down to 21hz but you dont listen like that so i also measured it at 2m away in front of the speaker and it measured down to 26 and that was it. nothing below that. I cant fathom the devialet hitting 14hz. to bad i cant afford it. must be quite an experience. the only think smaller then this devialet speaker that can hit deeper is the kef 62 sub. which is rated down to 11hz.

i already have the JBL PARTY BOX 310 and it's portable and I just found out the JBL Party box 710 isn't i love the sound the beat its incredible but its not portable and that is a shame because I can't take it to the park with me when i work out
