Rise of unemployment in nagaland is no joke. Nagaland Government should take this matter very seriously. More than 20,000 students clear HSLC and thousands graduates every year. But the job creation in nagaland yearly is nil and vacancy advertised by Npsc and HODs in a year is only few hundreds in number. kitovi zhomomi once said in his speech during the recently nscn-u factional clashes that unemployed youth in nagaland is going to be more dangerous than underground. Frustrated unemployed youths are going to create thieves, kidnapping, murder and so on in nagaland after some few years and I think what he said is very true.
Age 60 up to 80 years, we have many crores paties but they don't utilise their wealth for development to the young generation because of corruption like extortion, taxes etc.thats why Naga youths are living in miserable life.
One day some district publics was invited by department of industry about loan from SBI but it was out of questions since in nagaland if we don't have government services in our family never dream for loan.
Once factions and taxations are removed I believe Naga youth can really grow. There is a real discouragement for many to work hard because of the unpleasant thought of paying these 20+ groups with your hard earned money.

It is also the right time to distribute the Directorate among the Districts. If that is done, many private jobs can be opened like Taxi drivers, Paying Guests, Hotels. And the local people can also construct their houses and provide rents to the office goers. I think it is high time the respective MLAs/Advisor of the districts should start demanding the shifting of the numerous Directorates in the State Capital
Yes government job is not only the option to be employed there are several other opportunities But look at our nagaland govt employees most of theme were appointment through politically very less employees have qualified through exam such as NPSC & NSSB. So what is propose for introducing School system in nagaland educated people should work in private sector and uneducated/ unqualified to be govt employees?
70% of Employees in Nagaland are backdoor appointment.all are families and relatives of those in power.. genuine n deserving candidate are leftout bcos they 've no money to bribe any top department officers.

Kohima city is full of big big multi-storeyed buildings beautifully constructed in the hilly regions. The colourful big big buildings in Kohima & Dimapur are the reflection of richness of the Nagaland. What might be the main perennial income source of Nagaland especially the Kohima city?? Who are the people with big big buildings in Kohima & Dimapur?? Which community they belonged to?? The owners of those multi-storeyed buildings either business establishments or residential purposes are really rich people belonging to certain communities of Nagaland. Those rich people are enjoying their luxurious life without bothering for anything or anybody in Life but 80% of the NAGAS are still struggling for twice meal in a day😭😭. I don't know actually how those rich people became richer & richer whereas rest of the NAGAS especially in rural areas are living still in dark corner of the state without even basic amenities in life. Can anyone tell who actually are those rich people?? Are they all govt servants or businessmen?? Where do they make huge income in Kohima or Dimapur?? I'm sure there is not even a single factory or industrial unit in Nagaland from where one can make huge money but 20 to 30% people are making huge money easily with unseen income source😂. I doubt there might be money making machine either in Kohima or Dimapur 😅. Are they Naga political groups members ?? Can anyone tell if there is NPG members who own big big residential & business establishments buildings in Kohima or Dimapur?? Just wanna know because I heard from reliable sources that the members of NPG too are growing well economically but not all, some counted members have well settled life owning big big structures in Dimapur & Kohima. Now the life of the youths in Nagaland are miserable and it's seen that there is no scope at all for the youths😭😭😭. One thing i recently discovered was Nagaland need a florist... I wanted to try too i gave it a thought But im allergic to dust n i cannot physically do field works.... With the change in trends n development of state ....our lifestyle is also changing...n i hve seen n also experienced tat whenever there r birthday or any other celebration parties, we search for fresh real flowers these days The plastic zamana is gone N real flowers has a unique way of showing our feelings towards a certain person... Not only during lifetime but even after death... Instead of plastic flowers we keep the fresh flowers n change from time to time to show our care even for the death ones....im not sure if anyone had thought abt it...but im just giving my views 😊 nagaland can really be changed Just with agriculture n tourism itself...it has wide scope which the metro cities dont have.
Many years ago one of my friend who is a graduate have his eyes only for clearing out from NPSC exam and to sit on a high chair.Year after year NPSC .. NPSC exams until he reached his age limit for appearing for the said exam. Today he run a small pan shop infront of his house along with his beautiful wife and six children.
As long as ug factions runs in our state we the common people will keep suffer unemployment problem scarcity of basic needs with the fast current growing population. Due to economy development banned by ugs and state govt can't do anything on it..then only the common people will suffer poverty. Only the state govt employees and the ugs people can live lavish lifestyles in Nagaland state. Govt employees gets salary..ugs collects illegal taxes..gets funds from central govt.
