I always liked how even though Libby and her friends bullied Sabrina, Sabrina wasn't the typical "victim" we usually see in these shows who just takes it. She oftentimes smart-mouthed back at the bullies like here when she made the comment about the girl's nose.
I think Libby hated Sabrina for many reasons. Sabrina was the new girl, she could stand up for herself and put Libby in her place, Libby was jealous of her, and weird things constantly happened when Sabrina was around.
Love how Jenny is treating this like a game but Sabrina's right to be upset since this is hitting way too close to home for her. What's scarier was what how this ended, which I won't in case I spoil it for anyone who just discovered the show.
Roxie is very much like the new Jenny to Sabrina, only with more context than Jennifer ever had. You know more of the building blocks of her life, her upbringing. When you mention this series and her friends, Valerie is likely the first to come to the minds of most, and she is easily the most memorable one on her own. Her clear desire to fit in, and a perpetual reluctant outsider makes her stand out the most among them. Plus, she was around the longest from the high school years of the series. But she is the weakest person of the bunch, and as a friend is one of the ones to not bring out the best in Sabrina. Her relationship with Dreama and Morgan were largely professional. She had obligations to them. But even so, they weren't pushovers, whatever you thought of them. Miles, Roxie and Jenny had a huge sense of loyalty to her the others lacked, and two of them brought the best out of Sabrina. Roxie is easily the one who did the most of that. Long story short: Valerie is best, or second character of the bunch, but not the best friend of the bunch. Roxie is easily the best of her friends, as well as a strong char, though she is about tied with Jenny in that latter. Both Jenny and Roxie would likely turn out the same outcome in this situation. @@christopherbingham5092
since Sabrina is secretly a real witch living with witch relatives, she has probably heard all sorts of stories about the Salem Witch Hunts from the point of view of the real witches this experience may have been a bit hilarious for her

I mean in the series she hasn’t been above turning Libby into whatever or generally hexing her to do or become whatever frequently.
So I wouldn’t say she never did anything worse. Libby usually triggers it through bullying but Sabrina isn’t handling it appropriately either.
