Had a 2015 Sierra 1500 crew. I put a 3.5” RC lift on it with the same rims 20’s and 1/4” spacers. Ran 35/12.50 nitto ridge grapplers. Minimal rub on frame at full lock, no cutting just pulled the inside rear felt fender back to the body mount with 1 zip tie on each side. Just thought I’d share my experience with it.
beautiful truck by the way but i have a question, I have a 2013 gmc sierra 1500 that's 4wd, will a 35x13.50r22 clear my upper control arms, they are not super aggressive 35s and they are factory 22s. I also don't have factory upper control arms, I have the Rough country forged upper control arms. do you think I will be ok?
Hey brother I know this video is old but did this effect your other suspension parts at all? Like did you have to replace parts early or any problems with the 2.5 inch level? How has lasted so far?
@@chiefmadfire yea I just got a 2018 sierra and will be doing same level, and these trucks do have problems with AC but other than that there solid. Thank you!
It looked like stock. I have a 3” level in front with stock upper control arms, little bit of an angle but I’ve driven this for 30,000 miles or so and no issues. Only downside is you have less down travel in the front end. Eventually I’ll get the arms with a better angle but I’ll probably just end up getting a better lift (6” to correct all those angles) before that.
@@chiefmadfire Awesome bro. Love your truck. I just got 35's on replicas and wanting to run 2" wheel spacers. I have a 4" lift instead of a level so hoping clearance will be a little better.

Yeah if I went with less stance, I do believe that I wouldn't have had to trim as much.
How did you do it can you send me a pic?
Do they rub on control arm’s?
@@codycummings1370 no they didn’t rub the control arms.
@@masonpetchel don’t have the truck any more also not sure how to send a pic on here
This is exactly what I'm looking for to get done to my 2015 Sierra..wish they came like this off the assembly line👍
They really should for looks but I understand they want the best performance
Nice. I’m running 33x12.50’s on a 3.5” level/lift. Zero offset with 2” spacers. Little bit of rub on the back of the front fender wells.
Yeah I just used a little grinder to trim the places i rubbed.
I have 1.5 spacers and i’m gonna put 35x12.50x20s wondering if they are gonna scrub in the back i’m not worried about the front ?
why would you rub in the back in 4wd...
I misworded myself lol
What wheels are those? Factory GMC? What size? 18 or 20”s?

You might have to trim a little but the 13 has more well room if i remember correctly
Love the Heeler puppy
What's your gas mileage with those big bad boys???
I got like 13-14 mpg driving normal. In eco mode maybe 15-16
Can you tell me where to buy the leveling kit for the front and back please?
Any online place has them, I believe mine was a rough country
Hey brother I know this video is old but did this effect your other suspension parts at all? Like did you have to replace parts early or any problems with the 2.5 inch level? How has lasted so far?
It didn’t damage anything earlier I believe. Just regular maintenance. I’ve had A/C issues with the vehicle but nothing suspension wise.

Hey brother, i have a 2015 gmc all terrain, i dont wanna do a leveling so what tire should i roll with just to add a little beef
33" would probably be your max and best bet.
Did the bigger tires slow you down at all? More down shifts or decreases in power?
Honestly this truck isn’t super powerful to me at all. I had to get a pedal commander to get the pedal response I like.
What size is the rear
Love the look! What brand tires and level kit did you use?
Radar renegade r/t
Radar Renegade R/T 35x11.50. It’s more of a mud terrain if you ask me tho
@@chiefmadfirewhat brand level?
Where can I buy these tires and rims? Also what’s the exact name and size of them both
How tf do I randomly come across a video from Valdosta. I’m from Adel. Nice truck, about to do the same to mine

Any Rubbing on the upper arm?
It rubbed the upper arm prior to the spacers. The spacers pushed it away and it does not rub the upper arms!

Yes I do
How is using 4x4 going to make the rear tires rub? What?
Im slow. I know.
It looks nice 👍🏻 Been thinking about putting 35s on mine with the OEM 20s
what width can you fit on the OEM 20s?
It would look sick!
What brand leveling kit do u have on your truck
I believe rough country
Can you let us know the tire brand??
Radar Renegade r/t
Good looking truck bubba. You sure those are 2” wheel spacers ?
I think I put 1.25 spacers. I can’t remember now
What tires are those
R/T Renegades
Does it rub
It did like a mfer but I fixed that with an afternoon and 2 grinder blades.
Can I get a link to these rims
This tires and rims any good for towing
Didnt haul anything "large" just a small boat and it was fine
how does the rear rub when on 4x4 ....
😂 my mistake I meant front
U said u have 2” spacers? Spacers on the front and rear? Looks good! Im thinking about doing the same to my 2018 sierra
They aren't 2 inch spacers, I tried to find my order again but I believe it was 1.25 inch spacers.
going with the 3” on my 15 GMC... I might go with a 35x12.50... what size rear blocks are you running? Appreciate it!
The kit came with 3inch blocks but after seeing a small "rake" I used the original blocks.
22s?
20s
Think I will have a problem with a motofab 3 inch front 2 inch back level kit? On 22s 35s or should I run 33s?
@@errljr6830 If you dont want any scrub go with 33's but if you dont mind scrubbing/trimming then try the 35's

No the model I got came with Bose audio
@@chiefmadfire do you think it’s hard I want to a aftermarket radio single din pioneer pa horns
What is your wheel offset on this setup?
Just stock wheels with 1.25 spacers
How much higher is the truck with 35s?
I didn’t notice the height difference at all really
Nice truck
Looks good
THANKS!
Definitely sits high both front and back for a 2.5 leveling kit …
Killer looking truck man! Those are 20" snowflakes, correct?
Yes sir!
@@chiefmadfire Thanks bro!
No those are honeycombs
Sorry to bother you man, but how bad do you scrub after trimming with the spacers and 35s?
No a problem man and just depends. Reverse is the worst but its pretty minor and manageable I'd say.

How much did your gas mileage do down?
It dropped a couple of MPG's, I also have a pedal commander now so my MPG is mainly off my lead foot.
badass
Truck looks tall for a level kit
