Must do in Koh Samui - Samui Elephant Sanctuary

Today we did something we love the most and that is go and mingle with the Elephants. We only choose to visit them in sanctuaries and never anything to do with riding, shows or where the Elephants are chained for forced to do tricks or perform.
Thailand has many of these new sanctuaries popping up every year, and currently we know of them being in Chiang Mai, Phuket and now Samui.
We would like to encourage future travelers to do the right thing by these beautiful creatures and support these sanctuaries.

It was a great time.. we were picked up around 9.30am from memory and were home around 1pm. The end of the tour is lunch as there are two sessions per day. Have fun.
