Here's the full gameplay showcase for Luocha, one of the newest characters introduced in Honkai Star Rail's second closed beta (CBT2). He is an Imaginary element user and belongs to The Abundance faction.

You all know that this is probably the same and only Otto that has survived in the Hoyoverse lore while reviving Kallen without having to sacrifice himself, right.
They seem to love making different versions of him in their games. Imma be honest, playable Otto who isn't a clown is something I'm down for. I'm whaling for Luocha

Luocha (罗刹, EN: Raksha) is what Sushang referred Otto as. Yes, this is Otto. The same one we see in Raksha (T) stigmata art.
does that mean Sushang and this otto going to have something. cause in the seven swordsman vn we could see that sushang has some for him. who knows maybe we will get happy otto?
@@ZeroTwoJumpForev incase u didn't know there's a novel about otto's past where he embarks in a journey(few years after kallen died) to revive kallen but one of the major moments of novel is that sushang understand otto's pain more than anyone and otto feels the same way about sushang tho it is not implied a romantic thingy but it is close to where we think it is going.
@@tenderjuicyhotdog27 well yeah thats the seven swordsman vn no? Also even if they don't have romantic thingy, at some point sushang does feel flustered when they talk about her and otto. So she kinda does have a feeling for him even a bit.
The reason I ask if sushang and otto is going somewhere is because I just want him to have a happy ending. I feel bad for him chasing after one girl his whole life. I just feel its nice for some change

Luochas passive talent is hella op, especially when combined with Blade. Since it automatically heals when a characters HP percent goes below 30, he can ensure that Blade doesn't die along with adding a stack onto his other ability

@@fibrousmaster1834Nat sometimes has more value over bailu sometimes, as long as there are enemies that proc debuffs, a character who has utility like cleanse will always be useful

The deal is the deal Void Archive gave to Otto in order to trick him, but failed.

Gonna be honest with yall, him having Abyss Flower and what seems like Oath of Judah replicas makes me feel like he’s got some plan in his head right now. Unlike his chapter 11 bubble universe self which Bronya met, this one’s strong. And that means, *he’s got a plan, and it needs a villain.*

I love how some of his heals are based on allies attacking, it seems like a more offensive healer and I am ready to pair him up with Jingyuan lol

glad that the game isnt all about damage, the fact that jing yuan is close to dying in the level and luocha is not gives me hope that the content will be difficult
@@Nightvss I have a feeling it will change because…. the bosses are starting to deal more and more damage and supports will come into play, unlike genshin you can’t dodge everything, thats why I have a feeling clara will stand the test of time

Considering his kit had some slight changes based on what they showed us during his trial show up in Luofu e.g. ult only having 0/2 before cycle of life, i'd say he's pretty good as a healer no?

Thing i hear people saying about Otto is not good. So... Luocha is evil? He's not supposed to be a counterpart and entirely different being of him? Sorry, don't know Honkai Impact Lore, i'm so lost in all of this. Any source to recommend so i can read the short story?
@@izzyainsworth It's kinda hard to define wether he is good or not. Like he experimented on orphans to create weapons, but he created those weapons so that they could be used to save civilisations from the Honkai(an alien force that seeks to destroy civilisation). Even in the past, there was a bubonic plague, he experimented on people to try and find a cure. So wether he is good or bad really depends on the point of view of whose asking. To one of the victims of the experiments, he is the worse person to exist, to many others, he is a hero that should be praised.

In GI, Zhongli is my only Daddy/Adult in my acct that I pulled. In HSR I pulled Jing Yuan because of aesthetics and ult animation and now this... I didnt get Welt and I dont have imaginary type, now Luocha is on my radar... Cool design and smooth gameplay

idk having to heal 3 times for his talent to proc feels like a lot in most scenarios plus very skill point heavy char i would say. You probably only run him with Arlan and Blade as dps otherwise you might be losing dmg.
Now the kit is different, he only need 2 stack and can get full stacks with the technique before doing the battle and have a new party heal passive

They gave 5* character boxes which contain Kafka,luocha,Jing yuan,blade,silver wolf and seele when you reach lvl 30 on the acc

Beuh he look liek my OC that's make me want to play Honkai impact, but i wanna know how good the game and the story what about the charchter do we pull on them like genshin, every month we get charhcter to pull on?
the story is phenomenal and the characters are extremely pretty and flashy, Honkai is a more combat oriented game so their kits are more developed and more complex
and we do get new characters every patch! sometimes even 2 S ranks per patch (those are big patches like anniversary ones with spending events and all).
S ranks are 5⭐️s btw
there’s also lots of rewards, they are generally very generous, even give out free NEW powerful S ranks every anniversary
but be careful, Honkai is much more meta oriented than Genshin, speaking as a player of both.
so in conclusion, I definitely recommend wholeheartedly!!!!

He can heal everyone but not the natasha type of heal. When he unleashes his talent when ally atks enemies it will heal the % of loucha's atk
