Butaan - Reptile House

Butaans primarily live in trees and have strong claws to help them climb tree canopies and forage for fruit. Their olive green and gray banding provides cryptic coloration that helps these lizards blend into their surroundings. They are found on only a few of the Philippine islands, primarily on Luzon and Polillo.
