rr3 only punishes you with oversteer if you're way to aggressive while steering, going too fast, or steering under braking/accelerating aggresively, basically the same things that would make you spin irl, so its more of practice and getting used to it
And also in the mobile version of F1 23 the Renault's engine sounds like the real Renault's engine, not like in the original F1 23, the Renault's engine sounding like Yamaha. :)
