No call to the stand, questioning or nothing. I think they was trying play mind games hoping I would fold but I didn’t. The issue is even though he gave a statement during the interrogation, he didn't take the stand and testify, which ultimately his testimony or statement couldn't be and wasn't used as evidence. So it wasn't him that caused their conviction.There was quite a few people on that case that actually gave statements and testified. Now, if waiving your rights and speaking to police in general is considered snitching, then he's a snitch.
