Great interview. Particularly more enjoyable as Sidhu sahib describes his nanka family which I too share, Dhanoya's from Village Kamahan. Honorary Magistrate Wadhawa Singh was my mother's Great Grandfather. Would like to add that Nawan pind jagir described in the interview is Kot Wadhawa Singh earlier called Kirianwala because of a govt sericulture farm which was relocated elsewhere. The Family head during Maharaja Ranjit Singh's reign was Kumedan Gulab Singh Dhanoya. Kamahan and Kot Wadhawa Singh are now included in suburban Lahore of today

Sikh are and were part and parcel of punjab without sikh punjab is incomplete .Muslims sidhu are their blood as well their ancestors were same and it was a great tragedy that punjab was divided .Punjab province should had not been divided in 1947 even if it become the part of pakistan.
