Good interview, it was helpful. I've had AKKO for three year without ever needing to file a claim. I just purchased two new upgrade phones and went through the process. It was very smooth, 1) load AKKO App on new phone, login to your account with new phone using the AKKO app, confirm you are replacing a phone, confirm to delete the old phone, Add new phone Serial Number, IMEI, etc. Using phone take pictures of front and back of new phone to upload, using phone take picture of receipt. Push upload. That's it. I upgraded our phones from Galaxy S20 FE 5G to Galaxy S23 Plus and the additional insurance cost increase was $15 annually. I was auotmatically billed $5.87 per phone to upgrade for the balance of the coverage on my phone.
I made a claim, had communication with a rep the next day and haven't heard from the rep in a week. This customer service is terrible at best. It's so easy for them to get your money but getting your device repaired/replaced is not that easy. I would not recommand this insurance.
@@Ghost-bz8qo why do you say that? I'm considering or was considering their insurance policy for myself but I'm wondering what made you say that about filing a claim. Thanks

Im not very trusting with my money and Ive been on the fence for a while with this company but his humility made this an easy decision
Thanks for this video❤
Can I make one account with AKKO and add the entire family phones on the insurance policy
No you will need separate accounts for each device, its based off the phone number.
And good luck trying to file a claim
